client.parquet_available(filter_by, **path_kwargs)Whether a consolidated GeoParquet exists for these parameters.
It is published for every year from 2025 onwards, so no request is made for them. Earlier years were first published in GeoJSON only, and GeoParquet may have been produced afterwards: its existence is checked with a HEAD request.
