Details
prepares :
a table of address
scope : only those with a minimal geolocalization quality
BAN quality "housenumber", "interpolation" or "locality"
list of cities with at least 2 BVs (among filtered addresses)
List of city geometric contours
Operations :
Removes arrondissement codes for Paris, Lyon and Marseille
Filters addresses (only "housenumber", "interpolation" or "locality" quality)
Filters cities with at least 2 vote offices
Transform address as geometric points (WGS84 projection)
Filters geometric city contours (only cities with at least 2 vote offices)
Logs missing city contours
